Up with the sun

This is view that greeted us 15 minutes ago:

We like Portsmouth/Norfolk.  Not a bad place to live.

 Well, we just heard from our next marina that the single lock between us and them has broken down. There's no practical alternate route.  So we sit another day.  We don't know how long it will be closed.
