Day 16 - Wrightsville NC

Another state.  Folks seem to like their houses big around here.



We also saw two beached shrimpers along the route'

Along with plenty of pelicans.  Good fishing for sure.



This is a shot of just one of the docks we passed as we headed north from Southport.  The place is the world's largest seaport for munitions and explosives.  A look at Google Earth shows the buildings all carefully separated from one another.    34.010461°  -77.963914°



After a 60 mile run we pulled in to Wrightsville.  We chose Dockside for the third time.  It's good value and run by the restaurant. Jo is not cooking tonight!
